This X-SMALL size (XS) fits waist sizes 18-24 inches (great for children). Total length of the belt is 32 inches, so the excess will hang down after you loop it through.
Ribbon has a repeating pattern of sets of brightly colored sailboats, on a light blue background, and is stitched into a 1 1/4 inch wide, navy, cotton web backing.
Nickel-plated double D-ring at one end of the belt. No leather tabs or brass buckle.

The last foot of the belt is double-sided with the pattern, since, after looping the belt through the double d-ring, the excess will hang down. You want to see the pattern on both sides.
