Many left-handed people feed the belt into their pants loops OPPOSITE what a right-handed person would. In most cases, this would mean that the pattern on the belt would be upside down. NOT WITH THIS BELT! This was manufactured by Preston Leather for a left-handed person, which means, if you look down as you feed your belt, you are feeding it "clockwise" through the pants loops. A right handed person feeds it "counter c;lockwise through the belt loops.
