If the store is too busy for us to take your phone order, we will be glad to call you back at a time that is convenient for you.

|We welcome your e-mails and orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but because the shipping department is closed most of the year on Tuesdays, any e-mails received after NOON on MONDAY may not be answered until WEDNESDAY. Any orders received after 9 AM (E.S.T.) on MONDAY will probably not be shipped until WEDNESDAY. You will be notified by e-mail or phone concerning out-of-stock items.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us first at 508-398-9790 (or e-mail us). NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. We will gladly authorize a return for a refund (within 10 days), or exchange (within 30 days), after receipt of the item by you. Item(s) must be in new/unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and paperwork. All returns must be double-boxed (with proper packing material) and, for your protection, all returned items MUST BE INSURED BY YOU. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS IT IS OUR MISTAKE!
SORRY, NO REFUNDS ON ANY BRACELETS IN OUR JEWELRY DEPARTMENT! WE WILL BE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE INCORRECT SIZES, OR ISSUE STORE CREDIT IF YOU ARE NOT PLEASED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.
NO RETURNS ON "SALE" ITEMS. "ALL SALES FINAL" ON THESE ITEMS!! This includes not only items on the "SALE TABLE" page, but ANY items that have been "reduced" in price, ANYWHERE on this web site.
GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
Be sure to inspect items as soon as they arrive (within 24 hrs. of receipt). If item(s) has been damaged, please contact us immediately. As the shipper, we have only a limited time to make a claim with the delivery company.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS charges our account a $6.00 fee for ANY address correction. If the shipping address you've provided is incorrect, incomplete or contains any incorrect information (incorrect street address number, missing apartment number, incorrect zip code, etc.), this $6.00 fee will have to be charged to your credit card.

Most orders will be sent UPS, except lighter packages, which can be shipped cheaper by USPS (post office). Please let us know if you cannot have your order shipped by USPS. Please make a note that shipping prices in table are approximate. Heavy or extremely fragile items will incur higher shipping charges than indicated in chart. Also, remember that UPS will not ship to a PO BOX, so please provide a street address. Addresses with a PO Box will automatically get USPS delivery, which again, will result in higher shipping costs.
We will carefully examine every order and immediately notify you of in-stock/out-of-stock items, and how long we estimate for out-of-stock items to ship. All in-stock items will be shipped immediately.
